* Prepare Program of Works (and all its inclusion - Executive Summary, Approved Budget of the Contract, Detailed Breakdown of the Contract, Back-up Computations, Hauling Analysis, Equipment Summary and Detailed Unit Price Analysis) using MS Excel
* Do quality checking of all finished Program of Works, to check for errors and revise if errors are noted, before submitting to the Procurement Office for the opening of bids.
* Assist in the preparation of technical documents during Audit such as the Internal Quality Audit and Design Audit to name a few.
* Ask for quotations from Construction and Hardware suppliers for an updated pricelist that shall be used in the making of the Program of Works.
* Preparation of all Technical and Financial documents for projects to be bid using MS Word and MS Excel
* Comply all necessary documents required by the procuring entities for the projects under the company
* Estimate the construction materials and manpower needed for the projects to be bid (MS Excel)
* Representative, in behalf of the contractor, in pre-bid meetings and public biddings
* Monitor materials delivered and manpower cost at project sites, and input the data using Microsoft Excel, and submit the report every end of the week
* Prepare Statement of Work Accomplished and progress reports for project billings (MS Excel)
* Monitor progress billing for ongoing projects
* Issue request letter to procuring entities regarding the request for inspection, billing and etc.
* Maintain records of daily construction activity and also keeping an e-copy via MS Excel
* Keep daily site diaries and complete daily reports
* Making bi-monthly and monthly progress reports on the actual accomplishment of the
project using Microsoft Excel (S-Curve also is included in the report)
* Prepare Variation Orders, Suspension Orders, Extension of Time and other
documents that are required for the project
Finding products as required by client using tools such as KEEPA, Helium10, Sellerapp and Google Sheets/Excel
Listing products on Amazon Seller Central
Converting PDF files to editable Word document, Excel document, Google Docs and Google Sheets.
