Ensure clients can access the right data for analysis and decision-making. Also work with other members of the data management team and the IT and security teams to: build required data pipelines; ensure the pipelines are reliable and secure.
Handle customer complaints and concerns, demonstrating empathy and active listening to address their needs and find appropriate solutions. Process customer account changes, such as plan upgrades, plan downgrades, and service cancellations, ensuring accurate and efficient updates in the system.
Guide customers through the claims process with empathy, efficiency, and accuracy. Main point of contact for claimants, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and their claims are processed in a timely manner. With high level of compassion, attention to detail, and proficiency in handling sensitive and complex situations.
Responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Handle complex cases that require in-depth knowledge and troubleshooting skills, providing a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
