About Me

Hi! I'm Jhoanna but you can call me Joan. I graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Most of my former jobs are related to customer service. It gives me satisfaction whenever I think that I did my best to be of help to others.
I trained in E-commerce, specifically in Shopify Dropshipping. I developed skills in product listing, where I learned to obtain high-quality product images, write detailed product description with the help of a tool (chat gpt), product optimization, properly categorize and tag products for easy search. I gained experience developing my own Shopify store.
I also have experience in administrative work, from which I develop a keen eye for details, effectively manage my workload by prioritizing tasks and allocate time accordingly. My goal is always to deliver high-quality work.

In this training, I gained hands-on experience like developing a Shopify website. Product Research : Identifying small, medium and high-ticket products, how to find 5k traffic competitor, Product listing : Importing and Uploading products with descriptions, Utilizing Tools: Making use of resources like Aliexpress, store detectors and image downloaders. Optimization of product page to improve conversion rate. Product Categorizing: Making sure that customers will have good shopping experience.

In General Virtual Assistance Training, we are thought of the work ethics of a Professional Virtual Assistant.
