Over the past two years, I’ve worked as an Amazon Product Researcher and, most recently, as an online bookkeeper (QuickBooks) in a local home office. With a background in General Virtual Assistant training and hands-on internship experience, I’ve developed strong skills in email management, calendar organization, event coordination, travel planning, and a full range of administrative support tasks. I recently upskilled by learning faceless YouTube content creation across different niches, adding creative versatility to my work. I am now seeking to expand my opportunities by supporting international direct clients, where I can apply my growing skill set, continue developing professionally, and contribute to a wider range of business needs.

Daily & Weekly Bookkeeping Tasks
> Record and categorize income and expenses in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero)
> Reconcile bank and credit card.
> Monitor accounts receivable (A/R) – record invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
>Manage accounts payable (A/P) – enter bills, schedule payments, and maintain vendor records.
>Maintain an accurate chart of accounts and classify transactions correctly.
Product Research & Analysis
>Identify profitable product opportunities based on market trends, sales rank, and competition.
>Analyze the Amazon marketplace to find winning products.
>Evaluate product demand, reviews, and pricing strategies.
>Research seasonal trends and niche markets for new opportunities.
