I have been a call center for almost 3 years. i do inbound and outbound and trained as a Subject Matter Expert. Before i work as a call center, I've been a chef in a cruise, really not related to my work today but for myself, i want to grow, learn a lot of things that can contribute to myself. and as of today, combining all the knowledge that I have, discipline that I gain. I'm sure that i can step out and step up to a more challenging career.

- 2 months working as a Vegetable Preparation
- Cutting all the vegetables for all the station
- After 2 months, I was assigned to become Chef Secretary
- Doing all the Computer works for the Galley Dept.
- Inserting all the requisition of all the station.
- Preparing all the Training, informing all the galley if there’s an event. Etc.
- Helping station whenever missing people.
- Communicate to all the Officials of the Ship if needed.
- Giving fully support to the Executive Chef and to the Galley Dept.
- Set up the system and take Calls (inbound and outbound)
- Call the customer or accept Calls , check situation to come up with a better solution if there is
- Listen carefuly and apply sympathy and empathy
- Load every arrangement on the sytem and application and record all the things that discuss for future refferences
- Record all the files in excel time after time.. and submit everything to supervisor EOS

Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
