I have 10 years experience as Admin Assistant (office) mainly doing data entry (MS Office), setting appointments, logistics, social media page management for a private school. My responsibilities include generating and scheduling posts, keeping an eye on comments and messages, and responding to customer questions and complaints on the company's social media sites. I am also the in charge of entering several kinds of data, including students and employees information, inventory data, financial reports, minutes of the meetings and other company data, into computer systems. It is my job to assure data accuracy by checking the data against the original sources, check the entries for accuracy and completeness, and fix any mistakes. I have also access to sensitive and private information, including students and employees data, financial information and confidential discussions during meetings. I uphold confidentiality and follow all corporate rules and regulations relating to data protection and security.
I am also the in charge of compiling, organizing, and managing data in computer systems and other filing systems as well as interacting with other departments or workers to gather or clarify information or to address discrepancies in data.
I finished a program or course that provided me with the information and abilities required to become a virtual assistant. In my virtual assistant training I learned the skills and knowledge required to work successfully as a virtual assistant. I gained a better understanding of the various tasks and responsibilities involved in this role, including administrative duties, project management, communication skills, and time management. I have also learned about the tools and technologies used in virtual assistance, such as project management software, communication platforms, and time-tracking tools.
