Handling One stop shop call/chat and emails for all elite guest bookings, anticipate all the guest needs and providing them a correct and accurate information, Also handling the guest complaints.
Handling Escalations calls, Empathize to the guest Helping them about their complaints and providing them a proper resolution by calling the hotel or compensation. Proper documentation of all the guest issues and will share it to the Hotel management.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.

Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
