Hello! I'm Jesseca Camano from the Philippines. I was born in the city but have lived almost my whole life in a small island province here in our country. I was known from a young age for being communicative, a trait I proactively developed into a professional tool. My engagement in competitive public speaking throughout my academic years naturally led to my passion and skill for events hosting.
At the age of 19, I earned my degree in BS Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Development Management. In that same year, I was fortunate to enter a global fast-food chain, securing a managerial position. This experience evolved into a rewarding, seven-year journey of leadership and learning at McDonald's. Moving from the corporate QSR industry, I have gained new skills as I actively transition to a virtual career.
My background solidified my proficiency across all critical business areas: meticulous attention to detail for administrative and reportorial tasks; strategic planning through SMART goal setting, KPI monitoring, and business reviews; and expertise in people management via conflict resolution, internal relations, and customer engagement to ensure business continuity.
Leveraging my proven expertise in business planning, HR practices, operations, customer service, and profitability, I strongly believe I am uniquely positioned to excel in the virtual environment. I have actively invested in self-learning to ensure readiness, securing certifications as a General Virtual Assistant and Real Estate VA. Furthermore, I am certified in Australian Bookkeeping with XERO Accounting Software (Level 1 & 2 Professional and Payroll Specialist), ensuring I am ready to deliver immediate, expert operational and business support.
Balancing my roles as a dedicated wife and mother and a strong-willed career woman, I am now ready to wear another hat as your business partner.

Handled overall operations of a whole branch with around 100 employees. Prepared business plans and did business reviews of the store performance. Overlooked all systems from people management, inventory, customer service and profitability. Experienced vast administrative, reportorial, planning, problem resolution and crucial decision-making activities.
Handled two of the most important systems; People and Inventory. People management revolved around talent acquisition, retention, training and development, and performance reviews. Inventory management put more focus on product availability, freight expense management and increasing profitability by managing controllables
Assists the Department Manager through constant follow up on targets concerning performance in profitability, customer satisfaction and people development. Functions as Shift Manager as well by handling different shifts dealing with various challenges in terms of people, product and equipment.
In Charge of all marketing and sales building activities of the restaurant. Did a lot of networking and building community relations through visits and tie-ups. Some activities mostly planned out are birthday parties, outside large food orders, fun days and business meetings. Also the lead in organizing internal company events like crew assembly, summer outing, management meeting and Christmas party.
