My name is Jeremy P. Severo and my nickname is “Jem”. I am 26 years old and I am currently residing in Bacoor, Cavite. I finished my college at New Era University with the degree of Bachelor in Science and Business Administration major in Human Resource Development and Management. I landed my first job as a Project-based Talent Acquisition specialist at Inspiro Relia Inc. During my tenure, my responsibilities includes sourcing leads from different social media and job ads platforms, interviewing applicants and endorsing them to accounts that matches their qualifications. I also used to lead job caravans and new hire orientations. On a daily basis, we are required to atleast endorse 20 applicants. After my 6 months contract was finished, I was absorbed by Relia Global Shared Services as an Administrative Specialist for Workplace Solutions Department. I handle Request for Payment and Purchase Order creation. I was tasked to keep track of the expenses for rentals, utilities and contracted services. I also monitor delivery of supplies and assists in concessionaire management. I would also like to add that I am managing my 3 year old IG business which is @fine_finds.ph on the side with my full time work. I do the photography, the graphic design, invoice and overall management of the page. I also ship them through channels such as JnT and Shopee. As of this writing, my page already has 3.5k followers and I am proud to say that my weekly collections are always almost sold out. With the experience I have, I can say that my skills includes data entry, interviewing, tracker management, applicant tracking system, Microsoft application, invoicing, basic graphic design and Social Media Management. I am also confident to say that I am highly motivated, meticulous to details, multitasker, business minded and organized.

- Processing accounts payable for facilities departments such as rentals, utilities and
contracted services.
-Creating Purchase Orders for monthly janitorial, office, pantry and engineering supplies
and serves as coordinator between site POCs and vendors.
-Ensuring adequate stocks of supplies for all sites by monitoring and tracking status of
delivery from vendors.
-Tracking of financial expenses and doing follow-ups with our finance team for variables
that needs urgent payments.
-Processing of cash advance and liquidations.
-Assists with concessionaire management.
-Conducting interviews and assessments for agent posts and endorsing them to accounts they
qualify at.
-Extracting leads from Facebook and job searching platforms such as Jobstreet and Linked In.
-Organizing and conducting orientation for new hires.
-Assists in Job Caravans
-Utilize and updates Applicant Tracking System.
-Attends and conducts roadshows to promote company’s rewards and referral programs.
-Creates end of day report for the team.
