7. Handles & resolves customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely & accurate manner.
8. Keeping track and record of courtesy/replacement vehicle by checking salik and traffic fines.
9. Create and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
10. Following up for customer feedback and ensure resolution for complaints through CRM.
11.Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating
needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies.
Gather quotations & placing orders (for local orders, coordination with supplier and
preparing LPO) for workshop consumables and facility maintenance.
12. Storage and document archiving for all office needs. Any other admin, coordinator and
secretarial jobs if needed.
