I don’t have direct experience as a virtual assistant yet, but I’ve developed strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills through my previous work as a Data Entry Associate. I’ve been working for a BPO company here in the Philippines for almost 6 years. My role is to enter the basic information of the document into the system, identify the document title, and then ensure that the data I enter has a corresponding backup folder. I’m comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Zoom, and I’m eager to learn new software quickly. I’m highly motivated to support clients by staying organized, managing schedules, and making their workload lighter.

My responsibilities include inputting, updating, and identifying information in the documents into the system or database. Maintaining records and performing regular data backups. Also, I verify and correct data when necessary. I also research company information, and sometimes do some data analysis tasks like identifying errors in client inputs. I handle Bankruptcy filings, it is based in the US and Canada.

My role is to enter the daily sales of the store into the database and ensure that I enter the correct data. I also do the analyst work, which includes analyzing the entered sales into the database, comparing the soft copy to the system to ensure that there is no discrepancy. And also, I do the General Inventory every last week of the month.
