I worked for almost 6 years for a US based Health Insurance account, where I honed my organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a diverse range of tasks efficiently. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality, following medical protocols, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, medical staff, and other stakeholders.
Additionally, I am proficient in Microsoft office, went through trainings for skills improvement like General Virtual Assistant Training, Medical Virtual Assistant Training, Root Cause Analysis Training and Coaching and Feedback Training to name a few.

•Deliver comprehensive daily reports via email and project management software, detailing both completed and ongoing tasks.
•Ensure timely payment from clients.
•Handle billing for third-party entities, including WSIB, Anduhyaun, O211S, etc.
•Monitor and guarantee the completion of clinical notes by therapists.
•Efficiently manage associate caseload and assign clients to associates.
•Generate and send monthly invoices to therapists promptly.
•Ad marketing and social media initiatives, encompassing content creation, poster design, and outreach to organizations and businesses.
•Maintain seamless communication by promptly answering phones and emails.
•Oversee client intake processes with attention to detail.
•Skillfully set up monthly meetings, developing and maintaining meeting agendas.

• Responsible for Monitoring and evaluating associates’ offline cases, emails, inbound and outbound calls.
• Submits daily, weekly and monthly quality reports to operations.
• Creates and develops quality assurance standards and parameters for account specific processes.
• Provides coaching and feedback to associates on their performance.

• Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records of controlled substances, charges, and removing expired and/or damaged drugs from the pharmacy’s inventory.

• Performing other administrative tasks when needed.
