· Define the overall project objectives, as well as various deliverables and target deadlines
· Set expectation in terms of project deliverables
· Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
· Assistance on the necessary configurations/set up/build-up of hospital financial and inventory system of the system
· Establishing project scopes, timelines and objectives involving the project team and ensuring technical feasibility
· Ensure that all assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within schedule
· Campaigns/Advocates for the full usage of the system to the end-users
· Provide suggestions & best recommendations on the system usage
· Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques (online tools)
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting
· Training of hospital employees with the usage of the system
· Creation and Editing of reports
· Assisting different hospital client concerns nationwide
