Hello, my name is Jellianne. /Jih-lee-uhn/ as a latin name for girls and the meaning is "youthful". You can call me Jhil which is the name I go by, as my name is prone to mispronunciation.
I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration in Lyceum of the Philippines, University. After finishing my degree, I became an entrepreneur and built my own small business, buying and selling quality used cars. This experience allowed me to develop my skills in sales and marketing.
Later on, I joined a Freight Forwarding Company where I worked as a Sales Account Executive for two years. My main responsibility is to identify and build relationships with potential long-term clients. I do this by analyzing their import and export needs, and presenting them with our company's services and solutions. However, due to the pandemic, I had to take a break from my job to prioritize my health and safety.
During the pandemic, I decided to pursue my lifelong dream of becoming a lawyer. I enrolled the Juris Doctor Program in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and have been working hard to make my dream a reality.
Fortunately, my legal education has given me a strong foundation in critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication, all of which are essential skills in many professional settings.
Having taken some time off , I am eager to jump back into my career and bring these skills to a new role and thrive in a challenging work environment. As a result, I believe that working as a virtual assistant is the perfect fit for me.

Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs and provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication. Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships. Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming at customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation. Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
In charge of developing and maintaining a creative vision that speaks to the reader, viewer, or user. Should be able to present some of my works to non-creative management staff, give constructive feedback to their colleagues, and enlist assistance from people in other departments as needed.
To interview candidates matching the requirement of the employers, identify qualified people, screen, and conduct background checks, and process the documentation of the selected candidates for deployment. To look after a range of responsibilities, assisting the wider team with administrative tasks. Ensure business has an effective filing system and help with photocopying, binding, and scanning of important company documentation. Also be able to assist with diary and inbox management. Ensuring all incoming calls are answered quickly and efficiently.
