- Sees at-least 15-20 doctors a day to promote
medicines.
- Achieves at least 100% of the total territory
quota (TTQ)
- Ensure proper and timely planning, updating and
completion of territorial activities.
- Performs product presentations , implemented
marketing & sales campaign to effectively brand
cardio-metabolic products.
- Use dashboard information to review
and improve performance; know the business
and the key performance drivers.
- 0vercome challenges and prfioritize being
competitive in the market/ visibility to doctors,
done with a positive/ can-do attitude.
- Challenge assumptions in choosing target MDs,
hospitals and institutions for activities and
recommend appropriate alternative plan.
Prepares notices for meetings and minutes of
meetings as needed.
Collates and prepares under the guidance of the
VP – Operations, the consolidated monthly plant
performance report.
Ensures safekeeping of confidential records
information or documents.
Makes travel arrangements, such as plane/boat
reservation for traveling employees and guests
who need assistance on their travel
arrangements.
Administration:
Coordinates/assists in the logistic needs of
company President, Executives, internal/external
guests and employees.
Ensures compliance to food safety, good
housekeeping and quality management system
based on the standards of 5S, GMP, HACCP, Halal
and ISO.
Consolidates and facilitates logistical
requirements of all department ensuring that
they are served accordingly.
Provides assistance to 5S/GMP and other
company programs.
Provide assistance in any ISO requirements/
review of documents (system-writer).
Handles the Petty Cash Fund for plant expenses
within the allowable amount for disbursements.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
