Ltd - Retail Account, where I spearheaded initiatives to enhance call handling proficiency through insightful performance analysis. This experience has equipped me with a keen understanding of the demands of customer-centric positions.
I have also work as a virtual assistant in a local electric company in Richmond, VA handling all inbound, outbound, email and SMS support. At the same time, I was an executive assistant to a realtor based in Tampa, FL handling CRM Management, email and calendar management, maintaining our website and other ad hoc tasks.
