- Assists customers with technical difficulties encountered on the service by providing and guiding them accordingly with solutions suitable to their concern
- Communicate with customers through live calls and assist them with their orders online while documenting each transaction with company provided tools and system
- Recommends products/services to customers that is relevant and timely according to their needs
- Handles irate calls and address each concern positively and efficiently with the help of company guidelines and spiels to certain circumstances
