I was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the on-site clinic, ensuring smooth healthcare delivery to employees. This involved managing and supervising medical staff, coordinating patient appointments, and handling employee health concerns in a timely manner. I maintained accurate patient records, processed medical reports, and ensured compliance with company health and safety regulations.
I assisted in providing direct care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments. My responsibilities included monitoring patient vitals, preparing patients for dialysis sessions, and assisting with the setup and maintenance of dialysis machines.
