Hi! I’m Ivy Kim Ann Nebris, but you can call me Kim. I’m 29 years old and from General Trias, Cavite. I’ve been in the customer service industry for over 6 years—2 years on-site and almost 4 years working remotely. I’m passionate about helping people and providing excellent service, whether I’m assisting customers directly or working behind the scenes to improve their experience.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching movies, cooking, organizing our home, and spending time on Facebook to relax and catch up with the world. I value positivity, continuous learning, and bringing good energy into everything I do.
