• Handles customer concerns regarding flight itinerary, delayed baggage, refund, meal request, seat assignment, lost property, special assistance, and passport/visa requirements.
• Reissue tickets due to schedule change.
• Process refunds due to cancelled flights.
• Reports directly to the president.
• Arrange the appointments and meetings of the president.
• Serves as the primary contact person of all the department heads to the president.
• Answer emails and calls from the clients.
• Reports directly to the department head.
• Monitor all the movement of documents for PEZA (Philippine Economic Zone Authority).
• Arrange deliveries and pick up of documents to and from the clients.
• Prepare the needed requirements for processing of surety bonds.
