-Applicant Tracking: Maintain and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to organize and monitor candidate applications. Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
-Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure clear communication of interview details and logistics to all parties.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as a liaison for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries from both candidates and internal stakeholders.
