Accounting and Finance Officer
- Prepares Monthly & Quarterly Financial Report
- Monitor Profit/Loss per Project
- Monitor Cash Flow of the company
- Submit Weekly Projection with the management for approval
- Prepare requests, its checks and vouchers
- Counter checking & verifying documentation and requesting disbursements
- Preparing Financial Transactions
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Ensure that Receivables are collected promptly
- Ensure accounting matters adhere to deadlines and statutory requirements
- Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts
- Prepares working paper for financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information
- Maintain and examine the records of government agencies
- Maintain records of all daily financial transaction
- Handles & Monitor Petty Cash Fund and other Revolving Fund under the responsibility of other staff
- Maintain historical records by filing documents
- Prepares Journal Books such as Cash Disbursement, Cash Receipts, Sales Journal, Purchase Journal, General Ledger & General Journal
- Filing of Governmental Reports/BIR Return
- Review records, tax returns and related documents pertaining to resigned employees
- Other non-accounting works
* Prepares weekly payroll for construction workers and semi-monthly payroll for admin staff
* Prepares Statutory Benefit Contribution such as SSS, Philhealth & Pagibig
* Preparing documents and processing of Construction’s legal documents such as Business Permit, PCAB License, Philgeps, etc.
* Controls and keeps files/documents of the company
* Prepares Accreditation Requirements
* Prepares different kinds of Business Letters as per management request
