1. Support customers with inquiries on financial products and services
2. Identify ways to improve customer experience within established procedures
3. Perform routine customer support tasks by responding to and resolving customer
inquiries and complaints
4. Receive direction from customer service supervisor
5. Escalate questions and issues to more experienced representatives
6. Interact with immediate customer service team as well as internal and external
customers on incoming questions and concerns

7. Provide training on policies and procedures, and provide guidance to less experienced
individuals, as well as internal and external customers
8. Support customers with inquiries, complaints or requests regarding accounts, products
or services offered by Wells Fargo
9. Provide information about account options, product features and services
10. Answer questions from customers about their accounts, products or services
11. Help customers set up new accounts or change existing ones
12. Assist customers in resolving billing problems
13. Process payments for customers
14. Resolve disputes between customers and Wells Fargo
15. Maintain records related to customer transactions and provide these records when
requested by customers or law enforcement officials
16. Identify potential fraud or other illegal activity involving Wells Fargo’s customers
17. Keep informed about changes in laws, regulations and policies that affect Wells Fargo’s
business
18. Ensure that all work performed by employees complies with applicable laws and
regulations
19. Follow procedures established by Wells Fargo for handling customer complaints
20. Report any violations of company policy or law to management
21. Participate in training programs designed to improve skills and knowledge
22. Comply with Wells Fargo’s Code of Ethics
23. Ascertain that all work locations are clean and well-kept
24. Adhere to Wells Fargo’s code of conduct
25. Be available to perform additional duties as needed.
