My working career as an Executive Assistant and Administrative Operations Professional began over 12 years ago, and I've since had the honor of helping C-level executives and top-of-the-line business leaders achieve their goals. What started initially as a career all about coordination and organization became over time a passion for operational efficiency, workflow optimization, and system building that allows leaders the ability to prioritize growth and strategy.
Over the years, I've perfected my expertise in executive support, calendar and diary management, travel arrangements, secret correspondence, CRM/database administration, and social media administration. I've also collaborated with marketing groups, ensuring the communication and brand awareness are as smooth and effective as the operations I supervise.
My peers call me detail-oriented, highly methodical, and forward-looking—attributes that have allowed me to perform under extreme pressure where precision, adaptability, and discretion are the order of the day. Whether scheduling meetings, maintaining CRM databases up-to-the-minute, or coordinating executive exposure, I approach everything with one goal: clarity, efficiency, and impact.
What I enjoy most is seeing the results an impact structure and sound systems can produce—not only for the executives I support but for entire teams. My definition of success is when leaders can lead, teams can work together, and operations run smoothly because I've created the foundation for it all.
In addition to the firm, I extend the same culture of service into my community. I am involved with organizations that provide school supplies and food assistance for disadvantaged students and families, because I believe that providing support for education and basic needs can help push open the doors for better futures.

I worked on various projects, collaborating with government agencies such as the Department of Science and Technology, UP Resilience Institute, Project NOAH, MAVC, and the Climate Change Commission. My role involved preparing and processing bi-weekly payroll, coordinating with payroll, human resources, and budget departments to maintain employee data and generate reports. I also handled Contracts of Services, onboarding documents, and managed the electronic timekeeping system. Additionally, I assisted with procurement services by preparing specifications, gathering quotations, and purchasing office supplies and event materials. I was responsible for planning and managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers for on-time delivery, and organizing company events. Furthermore, I contributed to financial documentation, including bookkeeping and financial reports, supported the Administrative Officer, and performed various tasks as assigned by the Project Leader.
Implemented forward-thinking strategies to maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing needs and resolving concerns. Responded to customer comments and questions through Live Chat, Inbound and Outbound calls, and Email during 8-hour shifts.
