I am a Virtual Executive Assistant and Administrative Operations Specialist who has been supporting CEOs and business leaders for over 12 years. My role has always been to keep them organized and concentrated on growth. This is a story that started 12 years ago when I worked as a Project Development Officer in a disaster prevention and mitigation organization. I was responsible for managing calendars, organizing meetings, processing payroll and preparing financial reports, and providing support for operations from the very beginning to the end. That was a very useful experience as it showed me the value of having a proper structure, being precise and always one step ahead of the needs. This kind of thinking is what helps me to make sure everything is running without a hitch and that the leaders I work with are always on their toes.
Five years ago, I switched to remote work and the opportunity to support executives from different industries and countries has been a great one. I was present from healthcare marketing to law firms, education, and influencer brands, I have been fast to adapt to the different needs while building time-saving and stress-reduction systems.

Provided customer support for a Fortune 500 company through TeleTech, managing live chat for DoorDash users. Ensured high customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries promptly, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate account information while consistently meeting quality and service standards.
Delivered fraud prevention support for Macy’s, a Fortune 500 company, by monitoring and reviewing high-risk transactions, identifying suspicious activity, and applying up-to-date fraud detection strategies to protect customer accounts and minimize financial risk.
I worked on various projects, collaborating with government agencies such as the Department of Science and Technology, UP Resilience Institute, Project NOAH, MAVC, and the Climate Change Commission. My role involved preparing and processing bi-weekly payroll, coordinating with payroll, human resources, and budget departments to maintain employee data and generate reports. I also handled Contracts of Services, onboarding documents, and managed the electronic timekeeping system. Additionally, I assisted with procurement services by preparing specifications, gathering quotations, and purchasing office supplies and event materials. I was responsible for planning and managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers for on-time delivery, and organizing company events. Furthermore, I contributed to financial documentation, including bookkeeping and financial reports, supported the Administrative Officer, and performed various tasks as assigned by the Project Leader.
