Hello, my name is Glanny.

I am a Virtual Executive Assistant and Administrative Operations Specialist who has been supporting CEOs and business leaders for over 12 years. My role has always been to keep them organized and concentrated on growth. I can empathize with how hard it might be to manage meetings, emails, and operations at the same time while trying to see through the clutter the bigger picture. This is a story that started 12 years ago when I worked as a Project Development Officer in a disaster prevention and mitigation organization. I was responsible for managing calendars, organizing meetings, processing payroll and preparing financial reports, and providing support for operations from the very beginning to the end. That was a very useful experience as it showed me the value of having a proper structure, being precise and always one step ahead of the needs. This kind of thinking is what helps me to make sure everything is running without a hitch and that the leaders I work with are always on their toes.

Five years ago, I switched to remote work and the opportunity to support executives from different industries and countries has been a great one. I was present from healthcare marketing to law firms, education, and influencer brands, I have been fast to adapt to the different needs while building time-saving and stress-reduction systems.
