I enjoy exploring and learning new things. I work with passion and always give my best of it. I am committed to executing administrative and customer support activities in order to keep client accounts in good standing. Dedicated to upholding service standards and maintaining a high level of service quality.

I've completed courses like Social Media Marketing, General Virtual Assistance, and Bookkeeping in order to start a freelance profession. The trainings helped me to develop my skills and abilities in different platforms for online employment.

I've also worked as a billing and collection staff for more than 7 years. Handling billing and collections for the company, operational expenses, day-to-day transactions, and preparing billing month-end reports. I also worked as Tax Compliance Clerk for 5 months, filling Tax Requirements every month for the company, preparing reports about the mandatory contribution of every employee, and assisting with some accounting tasks of my supervisor.

Balancing so many tasks is often challenging, and my experience taught me how to
be detail-oriented, and multitask using proper prioritization, time management and to work individually or as part of a team to achieve common goals.
