Hi! I am Gerose L. Dela Luna but you can call me Gie I am 28 years old, from Aklan Philippines. Let me share you about my work experience, I have been worked as Engineering Coordinator for 2 years in a hotel which one of the best luxury hotel in the Island of Boracay this was my first job. This position is responsible of receiving and ordering supplies, dispatching service calls, maintaining inventory and controlling the flow of material and equipment from the engineering department in a cost effective an efficient manner , responsible for coordinating and overseeing the work of engineers and other technical staff scheduling and assigning of projects also is a must. And after 2 years of working in hotel I became an Assistant Cashier in this company that I am working now on for 4 years. I do assist our branch cashier to all cashiering works and responsible for receiving and updating records of payment or monthly amortization of our customer , until I have been promoted as Branch Cashier and running for 6 years in the company. My expertise when it comes to admin works which I am computer literate and expert doing reports like weekly and month end reports, monitor and check all collections/ deposit slips are intact and correct on our daily collection monitoring and balance as well, replenishing and budgeting the funds of our branch , issued check voucher to our all suppliers and many more.
I am detailed-oriented, hardworking, and dedicated person when it comes to work that's why I got stayed for a long term in my job because of this all personality I have! I love sharing knowledge and eager to learn new things , especially that It feels very interesting and I can enjoy doing the task that may help improve and enhance my skills. I enrolled in Amazon In-Depth-Training Program which discusses and introduces us to the different jobs at Amazon. During my intensive 15-day Internship at Amazon Community Training Program, I had the privilege of immersing myself in the world of e-commerce and product research. Working closely with the Product Research team, I gained insights into the strategies and methodologies used to identify potential products for Amazon's vast marketplace. As an aspiring Product Researcher, I am currently pursuing for what I learned in the course that I had participate with a focus on Online Arbitrage
Product Research. My coursework has equipped me with a solid understanding of market analysis, user insights gathering, and competitor assessment. The prospect of applying my academic knowledge in a real world setting at Amazon is both motivating and inspiring.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a BRANCH CASHIER is primarily responsible for proper receipt of customer payments and for safeguarding the cash assets of the store which includes strict and timely deposits of collections and proper disbursement of store funds and making sure the Cash versus System is properly intact to avoid overage and shortages. Here is another side which is performing admin work as a branch cashier.
● In charge on all paper works and reports also dealing with deadline for on time date
submission especially during the Month End Report is a must.
● Help customer support to answer all questions with regards to their payments concerns that need to be settled and clearly delivered in a good manner to our valued clients to avoid misunderstanding.
● Monitoring and proper documentation of disbursement of operations fund and ensure proper recording of all expenditures for allowances other store expenses.
● Entertain also customers visiting our branch to encourage them to get a unit. Then assist to fill out an application performing marketing strategy for our Sales Month target.
● Replenishing over all expenses of the branch every 15th day and every month end.
● After replenishing, issue a check for a new budget for the branch used.
● Daily review of cashier’s reports generated from ERP prior to checking by store supervisor
● Create collection monitoring breakdown summary report.
● In charge Accountable forms (Official and Collection Receipts, Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipt)
● Performing Data Entry which enters all information and details of the client as their records for ownership of purchased motorcycles and to be done or endorsed for registration of papers to the Liaison Office.
● Encode daily all collections receipt in the system.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
An ASSISTANT CASHIER is responsible for:
● Assist Branch Cashier in receiving collections such as client’s monthly installment such as issuing them Official Receipts.
● Assist Branch Cashier for releasing and processing of every Motorcycle Units sold
● Update cash books for BIR purposes required.
● Help to update ledger cards or clients record information for their amount balance that is intact to the system.
● Daily prepare deposit slips of everyday collections included remit by the Collectors.
● Prepare Collection Remittance Report or summary breakdown of collections.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
An ENGINEERING COORDINATOR is responsible for:
● Ensuring calls from any Department that has been automatically recorded in the logbook once work completed (Included Time and People In charge to the task.
● Maintaining the inventory of maintenance supplies and in charge of requesting tools that were used by our Electrician/ Technicians, Plumber and Carpenter for hotel rooms.
● Encode all daily transactions and record the important information.
● Set work schedules or duties of manpower.
● Assigned work order to the respective manpower (Our manpower of Engineering in charge to attend concern relayed by Housekeeping for what the guest concerns or complaints in their rooms.
● Assist Hotel Engineer for all Admin Works needed to process.
● Prepare slides for every room that needs to be renovated and submit reports to the Hotel Engineer for review.
● Prepare cost budget of supplies for approval.
