I am a dedicated and results-oriented individual with 1 and half years experience in Airline Industry as Customer/Passenger Service Agent, a 2 years experience in Power Industry as HR Assistant and 2 years experience as a Marketing Associate. I am equipped with enough knowledge and skills that enables me to be more flexible, goal oriented, motivated and willing to work under pressure and mature enough to handle different situations and treat people with respect, fairness and with a non-judgmental attitude. CHECK - IN COUNTER
1. Welcome passengers as they arrive at the terminal counter
2. Ask passengers tickets & verify information by asking pertinent questions
3. Weigh passengers luggage to make sure it conforms to airline rules, assess passengers hand luggage to determine weight and size allowance.
4. Secure unsealed packages or unlocked bags in plastic wrap prior to sending them off to the aircraft
5. Assist passengers with their inquiries and attempt to give them a satisfactory response.
6. Announce flight attendant and boarding information as needed
MABUHAY LOUNGE ATTENDANT
1. Keep records of guests entering the lounge (based on their status if they are Business Class, Premium Class, Million Miler, Premier Elite & Elite)
2. Build & maintain strong relationships with guests with small talk.
3. Make guests comfortable while waiting for their schedule flight
4. Provide guests information related to their travel
5. Set up and replenish the food buffet station
6. Maintain the lounge stocked and clean at all times.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
