Collect or set up payment arrangements, request due date changes or extensions, refunds, and process payment for customers’ auto loans.
Send and/or request documents for customers.
Assist customers with online account registration, reset passwords, payments, insurance updates, and adding an account in the company’s website.
Provides instructions for customers regarding fraud issues, impound repossession, credit report disputes, and voluntary surrender.
Help merchants troubleshoot their virtual terminal and POS machine to process their transactions.
Train merchants on how to make sales, voids, refunds, and settlements.
Walk merchants through how to use their online merchant portal and be able to access their billing statements, transactions, reports, and dispute cases.
Check and confirm transaction inquiries for the merchant.
Check the account setup to know where to refer the merchant if we don't support their machine.
Mediate with the host and guest if one of them has concerns or issues with their reservation.
Walk them through how to change, edit, or update information on their account.
Educate a user about different types of directives in every scenario they are experiencing.
Help them cancel their booking, inform the user about the cancellation policy, and the amount of refund they would get.
