-Monitoring interactions such as phone calls, emails, Salesforce logs, and confirming their accuracy fall under the purview of the quality analyst. Manages call calibration and training sessions, and provides quick feedback to representatives. In addition to producing quality reports and dashboards, the analyst releases reports on quality trends, feedback, and improvement. Additionally, trains employees on quality and how to interact diplomatically with customers. The analyst pushes for process improvement, ensures compliance, and participates in the formulation of both short- and long-term objectives. They must lead initiatives for first call resolution and quality while making sure that quality and customer satisfaction goals are met at all times.
-Ensure that the Team members are assisted on their tasks, escalations and maintain excellent quality of results from the individual. Manages the team and ensures that the team performs at the desired level through supervision of the staff. Ensures team’s adherence to schedule, policy and procedures.
-Responsible for taking calls and offering consumers support and help. Updates and add fresh data to a database to maintain client and account information. Processes customer and account source documents, sets entry priorities, and gets source data ready for computer input. Verifies entered customer and account information, and where necessary, merges data from both systems. Follows communication protocols, rules, and regulations while providing accurate, reliable, and comprehensive information.
