Hi, I’m Ethel Gallinero, from General Santos City, Philippines. I am a Certified Public Accountant, having passed the board exam in 2005. I have a strong background in bookkeeping, data entry, and administrative support which I have developed in my two decades of experience working with various companies taking on different roles.
I started my career as a Project Development Officer for an NGO involved assisting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in preparing feasibility studies, business plans, and financial reports which helped sharpen my analytical and research skills. I also worked as a Customer Service Officer at pineapple products manufacturing company, where I handled order from international customers and coordinated with the production and shipping departments to ensure smooth and timely deliveries of orders. Additionally, I have hands-on experience managing two bakeshop branches simultaneously, handling inventory, payroll, and financial reporting, further strengthening my skills in data management and organization. Most recently, I worked as a General Manager of a coconut sugar manufacturing company where I focused on optimizing operations by streamlining inventory and payroll processes, developing efficient Excel workbooks that improved data accuracy and workflow.
Throughout these roles, I acquired a solid foundation in team leadership, strategic planning, operational efficiency, and cross-departmental collaboration, which equipped me to manage complex business environments effectively. With my strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and commitment to accuracy, I am well-equipped to take on roles such as bookkeeping, data entry analysis, and executive support.
