I am currently a stay-at-home mom that is ready and excited to transition back into the professional world and contribute my skills and knowledge to a meaningful role. As a dedicated mother, I have mastered the skills of multitasking, organization, and time management which I believed can be directly applied to the corporate world.

Prior to being a stay-at-home mom, I had a successful career in the BPO industry for 8 years as a customer care professional and team leader, working with 2 top financial institutions in the US (Equifax and American Express). I handled both customer service and supervisory calls which helped me develop my call-handling skills such as empathy, active listening, clear communication, patience, and problem-solving skills while maintaining a positive attitude. And as a team leader, I was able to develop collaboration and delegation skills that helped me work with team members harmoniously, with open communication and respect. I had handled both consumer and business clients which equipped me to have a solid foundation in customer service.

I am now actively seeking opportunities to reenter the workforce and contribute my talents to an organization/individual that values dedication, adaptability, and strong work ethics. And to be able to work at home would be the perfect stepping stone for me to start a new career without compromising my time in raising my family.

I am confident that my experience as a stay-at-home mom, combined with my previous professional background, will enable me to make a positive impact and quickly integrate into any team.
