-Managing and organizing photos for easy access and editing.

Selecting the best images from photo shoots.
-Retouching and enhancing images using software like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
-Correcting color, exposure, and composition issues.
-Preparing images for web, print, or social media formats.
-Maintaining brand consistency in all visual outputs.
🎨 Graphic Designer Responsibilities
Creating visual assets such as logos, banners, social media graphics, brochures, ads, etc.
-Working with brand guidelines to ensure consistency.

Check all information for accuracy before and after encoding.
Review and verify client documents and application details to ensure completeness.
Records Maintenance
Organize and maintain digital and/or physical records of clients and loan transactions.
Ensure proper filing and labeling of encoded documents.
Loan Processing Support
Coordinate with loan officers or credit investigators to ensure timely encoding of approved loans.
Update loan statuses (approved, released, repaid, delinquent) in the system.
Reporting
Generate simple reports on daily encoded data, loan balances, collections, or pending applications.
Assist in preparing data for audits or management review.
Confidentiality and Compliance
Protect sensitive customer data and follow data privacy policies.
Ensure encoding practices comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
Fast and accurate typing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or loan management systems

Understanding of financial terms (e.g., principal, interest, due date) is a plus

What Happened:
A long-time customer regularly purchased basic fertilizer products from our store. I noticed that they hadn't tried our new line of eco-friendly, slow-release fertilizers.
What I Did:
I took the initiative to learn the key benefits of the new product line and approached the customer with a tailored recommendation based on their crop type and previous purchases. I explained how the new product could improve yield and reduce the number of applications.
