Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning. Develops schemes of work, lesson plans and tests that are in accordance with established procedures. Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.

Follow safety rules and regulations as outlined in the factory procedures manual.
Operate, maintain, and repair all factory machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
Monitor production processes and adjust machines when necessary.
Troubleshoot production issues and make necessary adjustments.
Assist in the assembly and disassembly of products for production.
Package and label products according to production specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory work area.
Perform quality control inspections and tests on finished products.
Report any defective products or production issues to supervisors.
Assist in the training of new factory workers.
