I have successfully navigated and managed email systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software, ensuring seamless communication and data organization. Moreover, I have actively participated in new hire training, providing valuable insights through call barging and mentorship. It has allowed me to share my knowledge and experiences, helping others succeed in their roles and fostering a collaborative work environment.
