Hi, I am Djaela Moira, but you can call me "Moira." I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Management. A 23-year-old stunner residing in the Home of the Hundred Islands, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, Philippines. I enjoy dancing and playing sports such as volleyball and lawn tennis. Also, if I have time to spare, I love watching movies or series on Netflix.
I have an administrative experience because I previously worked as an administrative aide in our town's local administration for 6 months. I managed confidential data and completed various administrative duties with a focus on precise and accurate data entry. I developed strong communication and interpersonal skills. I regularly managed complex tasks, supported team objectives, and ensured high-quality service delivery through effective communication and problem-solving. My ability to adapt quickly and learn new things helped me contribute to both daily operations and long-term projects. As a result, I was awarded as one of the best employees of the month.
I joined a virtual assistant training provided by ProVA PH, focusing on general virtual assistant, and in The VA Bar, focusing on administrative tasking. I value continuous learning, collaboration, and making a measurable impact.

- Assisting in preparation of payroll of city officials and employees’, consultant and heads of National Agencies.
- Posting of employees’ salaries, compensation and other payroll deductions to employees’ ledger cards.
- Posting in the City's ledger and general journal.

- Arranging client’s files to make sure that their files were properly stored.
- Arranging names in chronological order or by date of acquisition.
- Scanning data to make it easier to access and verify the transactions.
- Updating client’s files depending on the upcoming data from another department.

- Sorting of documents, duplicating and delivering communications acted by the City Mayor and City Administrator to concerned offices.
