I used Google sheets, and MS Excel for inputting high-volume of data' such as their:

complete name, address, phone number, age, birth date, sex, type of ID, ID number, if they have comorbidities, what type of comorbidity, vaccine brand, 1st or 2nd vaccine, booster, vaccinator.

Also, used own website of the Department of Health was not able to take screenshot of it because its confidential.
