Process bi-weekly payroll for General Utility and Management & Staff, ensuring accurate computation of salaries, wages, and mandatory deductions.
Maintain and update employee profiles, salary rates, and department assignments in the payroll and biometric systems.
Handle payroll adjustments including deductions, salary holds, resigned/inactive employee computations (SIL, 13th Month Pay, Mid-Year Bonus).
Generate and distribute pay slips, control reports, and soft copies for accounting records.
Monitor and reconcile biometric attendance data with daily time records.
Implement updates to payroll based on DOLE wage orders and organizational changes.
Prepare annual payroll periods and summaries of hours worked for payroll processing.
Core Administrative Tasks
Document Management: Maintain and organize employee records, contracts, and client agreements.
Data Entry & Reporting: Input and update manpower data, generate reports on deployment, attendance, and productivity.
Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange interviews, orientations, and deployment schedules for workers.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients, workers, and internal departments.
HR & Recruitment Support
Job Posting & Screening: Assist in advertising job openings and screening applicants.
Onboarding: Prepare onboarding documents, conduct orientations, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Employee Relations: Address basic employee concerns, relay feedback, and support disciplinary procedures.
💼 Client & Worker Management
Client Support: Respond to client inquiries, update them on manpower status, and resolve service issues.
Deployment Tracking: Monitor worker assignments, contract durations, and site changes.
Performance Monitoring: Collect feedback from clients and supervisors regarding worker performance.

Filing & Organizing: Sort and file patient records (physical or digital) in a systematic and confidential manner.
Retrieval & Delivery: Locate and provide medical records to authorized personnel upon request.
Record Updating: Add new information such as test results, diagnoses, and treatment notes to existing records.
