Hi! I’m Diana, and I’m your Virtual assistant.
I have a degree in Education, Major in English. As an educator I have honed my skills in Lesson Planning and Classroom management Which helped me create effective and efficient daily lesson plans for our students.
On my work experience, I was a Spa Receptionist and Secretary and also an ESL Teacher. My tasks focus on Maintaining office supplies, Assisted Clients and Visitors, Answering Phone calls and Messages, Scheduling Meetings and Conferences, Planning and Preparing lessons, Assigning and Evaluating Assignments, Encouraging Students Participation and Communicate learning objectives outcome to students. My work Experience helped me to improve my communication skills, confidence and familiarization with foreign culture.
I would also like to tell you a little bit about myself. I am a hardworking, honest individual, always willing to learn new skills I am motivated individual who is able to work in a busy environment and produce high standards of work. I am well organized and always plan ahead to make sure I manage my time well.
