Human Resource Head

 Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants;
 Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understanding, refereeing, disputes, firing
employees and administering disciplinary procedures:
 Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives:
 Supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staffs relating to employment,
compensation, labor relations and employee relation;
 Represent the organization at personnel- related hearings and investigations;
 Serve as link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and administering
contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.

Payroll Officer

 Collect all the Daily Time Record (DTR) of the employees;
 Check and count the number of days they work;
 Process the payroll and downloaded the salary online to their respected ATM
account assigned by each employees.

Supervisor

 Supervise the employees and attained their concerned about their salary and other
issues related to Mtel trading and Manpower Services;
 Assist the employees to the hospital if there is accident happen.
