WORK EXPERIENCE

Human Resource Senior Staff

Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Recruitment and Selection
Assist the managers/supervisor in manpower forecasting and request
Interviewing of applicants, scheduling and endorsement of potential hires for further assessment of the heads of requisitioning department
End to End process of Recruitment (onboarding to off boarding, monitoring of probationary period and regularization of all newly hired)
Keeps track of Recruitment and applicant records and updates.
b. Onboarding
Partakes in the conduct of onboarding sessions to newly hired staff.
Role includes-store/site tour, introduction to team and key store authorities; completion of pre-employment requirements, follow though of new hires.
Administers post-assessment of training conducted to ensure effectiveness Of onboarding program conducted
c. Training and Development
Assists in the conduct of motivational talks or learning sessions for all staff.
Administers assessment exams to measure knowledge and skill acquired from trainings conducted.
d. Employee Engagements
Organize Company Events such as Birthday Celebrations of Employees, Christmas Party, Teambuilding, Trainings, Orientations.
e. Compensation and Benefits
Process employee benefits such as wedding gifts, gift for newly born, seasonal, pants and uniform allowances. Summarizing and uploading payroll deductions such as government loans, canteen deductions and others. TImekeeping for Rank and File and Staff levels. Process payroll for Rank and File.
f. Purchasing
Receives purchase requests.
Prepared purchase orders and coordinated with suppliers. Prepares receiving reports once the items are delivered.
g. General Affairs
Secretary to the president, schedules and assists meetings.
Process hotel reservations and arrangements for visitors and auditors.
Process travel insurances for the president.
Arrange room reservations and business trips.
h. Reporting
Presentation of Reports for HORENSO Meetings such as Weekly Attendance, Turnover Ratio, Trainees Monitoring.
i. Others
Assigned as Environmental Management System Staff
Monitors Company's Electricity, Water, Recycled Wastes, Produced Products and Manpower Monitoring Prepare KPI’s for Attendance, Turnover Ratio, Training Compliance and EMS.
