I've been doing support work for a while. It is my legacy to deliver trustworthy results that are crucial for the expansion of the firm. I help my coworkers on the workforce team by providing various report and data materials to support our operations management. I work to advance professionally by completing tasks with the least amount of supervision and ensuring that they are done effectively.
I’m into football and baking. I was a college varsity before and until now, I still manage to squeeze games into my schedule. Playing on the field relaxes my mind. On the other hand, I found this other passion of mine in baking when pandemic struck. Nothing beats freshly baked goodies I made myself.

*Generates agent evaluation data from quality monitoring tools like Verint (Impact 360) and store them into spreadsheets.
*Conducts data analysis from retrieved data and organize them per manager, supervisor, and skill.
*Identify discrepancies, apply disputes, and communicate final results to the center management.
*Caters report requests from other departments like Training, Audit, and Operations.
*Checks production floors before the start of daily operations to make sure that agent tools, power supply, and internet connection of the site are working as expected.
*Monitors agents’ absenteeism, proper aux usage and adherence to server assignment.
*Generates hourly reports to keep track of the metrics set by the center like FTE, answer rate, average handle time, avail time, adherence, service level, and among others.
*Coordinates with the operations management in disseminating information with regards to the real time performance of the center in order to come up with solutions and/or improvements.
*Provides pre-foreclosure reports of properties that are processed by our client in the US.
*Checks public records and examined documents to determine property's legal state.
*Analyzes deeds, deeds of trust, mortgages, contracts, liens, judgments, and other records for land purchases in order to spot possible discrepancies, ensure correct ownership, and proper chain of title.
*Abstracts property records for the client’s perusal.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
