• Responsible for achieving the management's set minimum KPI for revenue quarterly.
• Advertising client requirements effectively in different sourcing channels such as but not limited to paid, free portals, websites, and social media - LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
• Responsible for briefing the candidate about VCC Link's nature of business, the process of endorsement, the client screening process, and other information related to the position they are applying for.
• Responsible for monitoring of application/request feedback from the candidates.
• Represent the company during the calibration/touchpoint meetings with the client.
• Accurately update all the trackers - Standard Database, Back Office Activity Logs, Call Monitoring.

• Coordinates with Recruitment Supervisor/Operations Manager on all manpower needs.
• Handles all recruitment requests for Hospitality, Healthcare, and Technical industries - from requisition, sourcing, candidate's initial screening, and interviews, arrangements and coordination of employers' interviews, formatting of resumes and candidate profiles, and conducting job offers to selected candidates.
• Gathers pertinent documents from the candidates when needed (i.e. Passport, Birth Certificate, Employment Certificates, NBI, etc.)
• Performs various sourcing methodologies specifically for all requirements.
• Submits and updates recruitment reports regularly to Management.
• Other Ad hoc administrative duties.
