Hi! I’m Chester, an Agrarian Reform Program Technologist (ARPT) working with the Department of Agrarian Reform. My role puts me at the heart of empowering farmers and transforming communities — something I take deep pride in.
I’m computer literate, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, which I use to organize field data, craft reports, and support agrarian reform efforts on the ground. Whether it’s in the field or behind a desk, I believe in using tools and technology to bridge gaps and drive real impact.
Outside of work, I’m most alive when I’m surrounded by nature — hiking up hills, tending to bees, or working the farm. These passions not only ground me but remind me why grassroots development matters.
