-Assisting customers with account inquiries related to account balances, transaction history, interest rates, fees, and other related inquiries.
-Assisting customers with opening new accounts, including checking, savings, and other types of accounts.
-Help customers process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, remittances, foreign currency conversion, manager’s check and bill payments.
-Provide information on bank products such as loans, credit cards, and mortgages, and assist customers in understanding the terms and conditions.
-Assisting customers with resolving any issues or complaints they may have with their accounts or the bank's services.
-Promote bank products and services to customers and try to increase the bank's revenue.
-They are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and ensuring that customer information is kept confidential.
-Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
