While my journey started as a Licensed Teacher, my excitement for new experiences led me into the vibrant world of Business Process Outsourcing. This journey let me polish my skills in creating meaningful customer connections. As a dedicated Customer Service Representative, I truly learned how to effectively listen, solve problems, and connect with empathy. It's no wonder I was recognized as a top team player.
As my passion for excellence grew, it pushed me into the role of a Quality Assurance Analyst. My superpower? Making sure that every aspect of our operations met the absolute standard.
