Hey! I am Catherine Joyce M. Marco, Cath for short but I will be your long term General virtual assistant & Customer service specialist.
I was born & raised in the heart of the beautiful island of Palawan. I pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Human Resources in college because I am a business-minded person who builds her own Importing & wholesale clothing business at the age of 19 & I also have experience as a freelance recruitment officer.
I believe that life is meant to enjoy every moment without any regrets. At the age of 20, I decided to move out from my parent's house & decided to become an independent woman. During those days, I feel like my business will reach rock bottom so I decided to look for an alternative job. My future led me to the Customer Service industry where I learned lots of things.
I worked for America's second-largest wireless network (T-Mobile) for over a year, and this experience has had a significant impact on my perspective, particularly my skills, as it has honed me to be a strong independent woman eager to leave my comfort zone and try new things, such as directly working for international clients, so I'm confident to say that I have a solid background in providing customers with immediate assistance while remaining upbeat, sympathetic, and professional.
