SALES & MARKETING, RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE & BRANCH OPERATION
• Handle in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products & services
• Identify customer's needs, maintain & nurture customer relationship through marketing calls, recommending & cross-selling bank products, services & alternative channels
• Formulate strategies to further increase dealings with the bank
• Manage account portfolio of branch customers to achieve sales targets
• Conduct call outs and log sales leads in CRM
• Log & create case in CRM of client's requests (ATM card replacement/blocking, check book requisition, other loan related requests (SOA, History of Payments)
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned units via CRM or e-mail & ensure resolution and meet client satisfaction
• Perform customer maintenance & information updating via CRM
• Perform KYC screening, interview and gathering of appropriate documents and ensure completeness and accuracy of documents
• Attend to customer's inquiries on account opening, product features, pricing, service charges, etc.
• Highlight & explain to customers important terms and conditions applicable to the type of product availed
• Process bookings or subscriptions on various bank products such as time deposits, loan availment & other investment placements (UITF, bonds, etc.)
• Monitor maturities of investments
• Assist on loan documents signing (Personal Loan, Auto Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan)
• Preparation of Bank Certification requests
• Manage e-mail via Microsoft Outlook and ensure all messages are read
• Respond to telephone inquiries
