My name is Carissa Elaine Manilay, I am a single mother of one. I'm from Santo Tomas, Batangas, Philippines but currently living in Milan, Italy, I'm 30 years old and I am here to be your Social Media Manager.
My primary goal is to assist you in any way that I can, whether that means answering your questions, providing helpful information, or performing tasks on your behalf. Some of the things that I can do includes developing social media strategy, creating and curating contents, managing social media accounts, analyzing social media metrics, community management, staying up to date with social media trends, shaping the brand's online reputation, building customer relationships, and driving engagement and conversions through social media channels.
