As ACCOUNTING AREA OFFICER
1. Accurately submit reports on time on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis that will provide the company reliable data that will aid in all compliance that government agencies require.
2. Consolidates and checks transaction records of all branch reports with the use of Accounting All-in-one widgets thus, ensuring all reports provided for Head Office were tallied and verified.
3. Counter checks all liquidations in the area as well as in branches and making sure that all supporting documents are properly accounted in compliance with the government's policies
4. Taxation Concerns. Timely preparation of taxable expenses that needs compliance with BIR regulations.
5. General verification from HO to Area Admin Officer to Branch to ensure all daily transactions & expenses are totally transparent to avoid discrepancy
As HUMAN RESOURCE AREA OFFICER
1. Assess and recommend continuing relationships with local universities and community organizations for potential hires via such activities as job fairs and speaking engagements
2. Act as corporate liaison between PPS and local offices of Department of Labor, local Employment Office, SSS, Philhealth and BIR, assuring associates compliance with DOLE laws, PPS administration of Benefits and Payroll, as well as training area supervisors on HR issues such as best practices on training, motivating, reviewing and retaining associates
3. Oversee all hiring activities in the area, assure all associate contact information is updated and documented, answer all area HR questions, advising associates on best options, review associates handbook and conduct corporate orientation for all new hires
4. Act as HR resource advisor on associate performance concerns in the Area and assure that the corporate Performance Evaluation Process is completed accurately and on time, maintaining Area associates’ database with complete files and documentation
5. Manage and update the BOR on all the HR Policies and Procedures. departmental compliance systems and processes, and assure compliance of the associates
1. Ensure smooth operation of Area office, assuring sufficiency of funds for all branches and overseeing permit process to meet government regulations.
2. Liaise between branches, Area Management and Head Office for requests, queries, and broadcast of advisories and memoranda.
3. Prepare and submit reports required by HO and write and broadcast Area reports, minutes of meetings and business letters, acting as Secretariat for the Area overseeing all Area communication and reporting.
4. Resolve customer complaints at the area level, involving the Customer Care Department when necessary
5. Monitor sales and inventory of Auxiliary businesses and promotions.
