Having had military training back in college has refined my skills. I have become a very responsible and highly organized person. I developed my intrapersonal skills so that I can work independently and in groups. I am very perceptive and very keen on details. I can deal with obstacles with grit and resiliency. Always completes tasks on time and with great skill. I always make sure that I put my 100% into every task I am assigned.
On the other hand, working as a customer service representative had toned down some of my strong qualities in a good way. I have learned to take things a bit lightly. Dealing with people’s emotions is not an easy task to do, so I learned how to empathize more. I realized that understanding is very critical. Listening to their concerns and knowing exactly where they are coming from has improved my problem-solving skills big time. And I still continue to learn and adapt as I improve myself.
